Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SneakerSuds kit. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email us at sneakersudssupport@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible at sneakersudssupport@gmail.com.
