These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the SneakerSuds online store and any purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Our store

The store is operated by SneakerSuds and hosted on Shopify. You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order.

2. Products and prices

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place your order. We may limit quantities or refuse an order, for example if a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. Using our products safely

Follow the instructions on the product page and your shoes' care labels. Not all footwear is suitable for machine washing. We're not responsible for damage caused by washing items that aren't machine-washable or by misuse of the products.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images and logos, belongs to SneakerSuds or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
