Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after they ship.

Our products ship from our suppliers' warehouses, some of which are located outside the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping delays

If we can't ship your order within the time we promised, we'll let you know by email and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Address issues and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, or it hasn't arrived after 30 business days, email us at sneakersudssupport@gmail.com and we'll help.
